    The DOKIO 160W solar panel worked great when I first got it, but after a while, it stopped working. I reached out to their support team, sent a few photos, and they quickly sent me a replacement — no hassle at all.

    Really happy with how they handled it. Sometimes you get a bad unit, but DOKIO stood behind their product and made it right. The new panel works perfectly. Highly recommend!

    Although light and easy to use, the performance of my 160 W foldable panel was deeply disappointing because in full sun it is delivering less that a third of its rated Amperage. I put it side by side with my older 100W panel in full sun which delivered more that twice the amps of the Dokio. I repeated the testing with my multimeter several times but performance never got over 3 amps. which makes it less than adequate for recharging a deep cycle battery of >100 amp hour battery. Wish I had read more reviews like this before I wasted my money! Also the controller's readings are very unstable which makes me suspect it is part of the problem.

    I received the solar kit last night and tested it out from 4PM to 5PM this afternoon when there were about 3 hours of sunlight before the sky went overcast again. The solar panels were directly connected to an Ecoflow power station. The highest solar power that I saw was displayed on my power station was 118W. The highest solar power that I saw was displayed on my iPhone was 113W. The test continued until the power station stopped charging at 100%. The test confirmed this solar kit worked as expected, right out of the box.

    - Biggest pro: easy to carry and easy to use.
    - Biggest con: no kickstand or equivalent!!

    - Confirmed: peak power can reach 118W
    - Unknown: durability

    One thing that deserves extra attention: just as demonstrated in 1 of the product videos posted here at Amazon, this kit's solar output is *very* sensitive to how the panels are positioned against the sun. Simply by walking from one side of the panels to the other side, briefly casting a small shadow on the panels, I saw the solar power reported on my iPhone drop from 100+ to lower than 60W immediately and then bounce back.

    I think this is a good buy. Much more portable than my heavy Ecoflow solar panels. I plan to permanently leave them in my car.

    For the money it's a great option. You will not get 160 watts, closer to 100w. However I just use them as an addition to our rooftop solar in our RV. I built a kickstand on each panel. I changed the controller for an mppt variable voltage that was about $40 and use that to directly plug into our e bike batteries. That works great and charges them quickly and it's set to automatically to stop at the correct charged voltage 54.6v. The bike controller confirms this. It takes on average 1-4 hours to charge depending on how low the battery is. I also charge our 1500w power station with it. I have a fused auxillary connect on my 2 x 75amp lithium coach batteries that I can connect to assist the roof top solar on cloudy days. The fabric does degrade in the sun. You can just use hvac reflective tape or duck tape etc when this happens. For a dollar a rated watt this is worth the money considering the cables and controller. Best to upgrade the controller. I have 2 mppt ones. 1 for bikes other for everything else. Make sure you don't reverse polarity on the connectors, check with a multi meter and have extras of polarity connectors.
